Rules and Regulations
FILMS
1. The film applied for should have been censored or released between 1 June 2024 and 30 June 2025.
2. Along with the entry form, the film's character list, actors' names, contact numbers, etc. List and Censor Certificate (Xerox Copy), songs lyrics and their respective lyricist must be upload.
3. Revived films and films dubbed in Marathi from other languages are not eligible.
4. Please send VIMEO, YouTube or other links and password to our e-mail for preliminary test.
5. For pre-announcement of Aryan's Samman 2025 award, HD posters of films should be emailed.
6. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding on all contestants. No judicial appeal can be made against the final decision.
7. Please note that only fully filled entries will be accepted. Entries that do not meet and violate the rules will also be disqualified.
8. Please upload all the song lyrics along with the names of their respective lyricists, and also provide the link to the song video while filling out the form.
9. Please upload the censor certificate for unreleased films and provide the release date and year for released films.
10. Aryans Samman 2025 Award Program scope, format and related decisions, rights will be reserved by the Institute.
11. Last date for submission will be June 04, 2025. Subsequent entries will not be accepted.
DRAMA
1. The new and revived plays applied for must have been tested between 1 June 2023 and 30 June 2025.
2. Plays entered in the Aryans Sanman 2024 competition will not be considered eligible for the Aryans Samman 2025 competition.
3. All other required details, such as list of the play, Names of characters and actors, contact details, censor certificate etc. must be uploaded along with the application form.
4.The jury/ examiners are constantly judging the plays; thus, the passes should be made available for them to examine your play, on the requested date, out of your scheduled play dates.
5. Cut-outs of plays, posters etc. should be Uploaded for the pre-publicity of Aaryans Sanman 2025.
6. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding on all contestants. No judicial appeal can be made against the final decision.
7. Please note that only fully filled entries will be accepted. Entries that do not meet and violate the rules will also be disqualified.
8. To have your play reviewed, the drama organization must invite judges. Please contact Aryans Sanman's phone number for arrangements.
9. Aryans Samman 2024 Award Program scope, format and related decisions, rights will be reserved by the Institute.
